We have launched Walsall Welcomes breastfeeding guidance to organisations. Walsall partners are working towards making Walsall Breastfeeding Friendly. This includes ensuring public places welcome women who wish to breastfeed.
Breastfeeding is one of the most effective ways of giving every child the best start in life. We need to work together as a community, so women feel comfortable and able to breastfeed wherever they choose.
Welcome Guidance has been produced to help staff understand how they can support women using facilities.
